We're up to our old tricks again. You can register here.
Join us for our first DemoCamp of the year
this February 12, 2009, at the Pastry Castle Café on the corner of
Arthur and McDermot.
Network Location This month's presentation will feature two businesses that have been working on Mac and iPhone apps for awhile.
Centrix.ca is run by NMM members Phil Letourneau and Rick
Fillion. Both Phil and Rick are Mac Developers and will be showing off
their application "Network Location." It was rated 4 out 5 mice by
Macworld and is an Apple Staff Pick. They'll also be unveiling a Beta of an iPhone app they're close to completing.
StuntSoftware.com is founded and operated by Dan Messing. You may
recall us discussing Dan's iPhone app, "4 in a Row" during one of our
previous meetings. Dan has just launched a significant update to his
gorgeous Mac application, "On the Job 3.0." On the Job is an indispensable
way to track On The Job 3.0 your hours, generate invoices, bill your clients and more.
It integrates seamlessly with your Macintosh work environment.
I've had a peek at the applications we're going to look at on Thursday and I can tell you they're
worth showing up for! If you're interested in developing applications
of your own this is an excellent opportunity to meet the guys and
discover some of the challenges they've faced..
Register for free online, set your calendar, join us for a drink, and
get networking. This could be your chance to meet someone to
collaborate with on your next application!
We hope to see you out,
Kevin
